is anyone else having the how long you going to breastfeed our kid talk?? i breastfeed our first son till he was 8 mths but i couldnt produce milk this one i want a full yr. help please

My pleasure! I breastfed my first for 14m day and night. I'm planning to do the same with my 2nd. Being that i worked at a day care I saw the differences in boob babies compared to formula. Even one month of mommas milk helps a ton.

Keep putting him to the breast and feed on demand. Avoid supplementing at all costs. Drink lots of water and eat plenty of whole foods, fruits, veggies, oatmeal, lean meats, etc. Try not to cut too many calories while breastfeeding. And if you need to, you can use supplements like mothers milk tea to help boost your supply :)

I always told my husband I would breastfeed until we (both me and my son) felt ready to stop. My goal was first 6 months, then one year, and we made it to 15 months before my milk changed/dried up with this pregnancy! Go as long as you and baby need and want to ❤️❤️❤️
