I have a syline spray for my stuffy nose , my nose is so stopped up it barely even works lol. & yea ik I swear im starting to hate fall @bets

tyenol helps a bit. That is pretty much all we can take :/ and syline for your nose. also try virgin honey with lime mixed. helps a whole lot for coughing and throat 😊

I already have a cold, been had it for 2 days now, coughing, and whats worse is the stuffy nose. & Ikr and with all dat I start getting really bad back pains!! @bets
