My back is hurting SO bad. Anybody else have random back pain from the epidural?

I've heard that is a risk & I'm afraid of that. I plan to get an epidural and is my 1st pregnancy.

@varduim I didn't get mine until the very end. I toughed it out as much as I could but the contractions are very painful! My back is hurting soooo bad today. I had my son 2 months ago and today is the first day of back pain. The epidural was worth it for that day lol

I got bad pain that started up by my head and went all the way down my back it would make me feel paralyzed it was so bad I would cry

lol I guess in the moment of pain, the risk is worth taking. You are still early pp, so I hope it will get better with time & not something you keep dealing with. Are you taking anything for the pain? And, did you have any back pain before the pregnancy?

they say the cold makes it ache a lot mine started hurting again randomly and I'm 10 months pp they say it can last a while

@wyatts_mommy_0106, yeah I've heard that too. My pain started early this morning when I went outside and it went away for a few hours now it's back!

@varduim Today is the first days it's happened so it kind of threw me off. I haven't took anything. I took a hot shower and let the water run on my back. I'm going to buy some ibuprofen now! this sucks
