@coryellemg3, 3-5 cups it says I just add sugar to mine used to add honey,but now that I'm older o don't mind the taste at all

I just tried it and it's so gross lol any tips on making it taste better

well I tried it years ago with my first son I don't remember ,then recently tried it again with my 3 son and I felt it maybe 5 mins after wards my boob were so full that night I soaked a few pads I'd feed my son and he couldn't empty them same with the next day then my body got used to it,just make sure to use the right measurement which is one cup I make two cups so I use two Tea bags
