RANT..I AM NOT A HAPPY MAMA RIGHT NOW...it's Alex's first thanks giving.My fiance family celebrates this Sunday due to work schedules. well we planned on going over tonight so they could spend time with alex ( his sister 3 boys and grandma) b4 everyone else came over. Well come to find out if we go over tonight we have to help clean the house. it sucks because all week we have been planning on coming over today. ik she works 3rd shift but seriously!?? are we over reacting? it just sucks didn't plan on having to clean her house...oh and this isn't the first time she's done this either. she has 3 boys...make them help! rant done...

ya...my fiance is not 2 happy! it sucks but oh well..we will just go tomorrow...
it just sucks that they told you last minute. and kids or not, it's usually bad form to demand your guests clean. I don't necessarily think it's unreasonable (and yet my family, dynamics are different. my grandparents and such wouldn't demand it) but the way she's going about it is.
