So I have blue care it's blue cross and through the state does anyone know how I get them to cover a Breast pump? someone told me I have to get a prescription from my doctor? Or do I just go online and apply?

I have BCBST. They contract out with Better Living Now. I called them and gave them my insurance info and Dr's in and they did all the work with the prescription and send me my pump within a week or two.
