yes i be scared its like the upper part of my back hurt at times to.. Its like my chest feel like its heavy and fulling up. Maybe its part of heart burn!

my chest would start hurting out of the blue and my heart will start beating really fast and I would get nervous. I know our organs are in over drive, our blood thickens and Lord knows what else.
