Ok so I've been having contractions since Tuesday and my doctor told me that I was one cm. and the contractions have not stop what should I do? I don't want to go to the hospital and get send back home😔😔

always go if you feel something isn't right always. even if they send you home love
you don't have to dilate to be having contractions. alot of people have that ignorant idea. it happened to me very bad contractions and I didn't dilate at all. just last week. and mine were 4 minutes apart. mine were due to dehydration
5-1-1 five minutes apart one minute long lasting for more than an hour.
Yea I don't see why not if only to see if you progressed at all it couldn't hurt? Good luck momma!

Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
