Hey mamas so question I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor recently found out I was pregnant a few days ago yay! So I am use to working out like twice a day weight training 5-6x a week and hitt style cardio classes is what I teach at night and I recently did my first half marathon and did a body building show bout three months ago so my body is use to taking a fitness beating lol.. So with that being said what am I allowed to do as far as fitness goes? I tried to run yesterday and it made me to nauseous that was a first so I stopped and just walked.. Is there a certain heart rate to watch for? Thanku ladies
Ok cool I've heard that whatever u did before u were pregnant is ok but not as intense. Il just use caution untill I know for sure Thanku ladies
I had to stop running when I found out I was pregnant because of two previous preterm deliveries and IC. My doctor said yoga and low impact. I would ask them to be sure
I've always heard you can do the same types of exercise you did before you were pregnant, while pregnant, because your body is already used to it.
Oh wow ok ya I don't see my doc for my first apt till December 11th ugh the wait is killing me
Ok sounds good I workout six days a week and still goin hardcore I don't wana get fat!
