I hate putting makeup on now...... I have expensive ass foundation but yet my makeup STILL looks…

What do you use to apply it with? Do you prime. Do you conceal before or after the foundation. And do you use anything to set it!? Lol

Exfoliate, moisturizer, prime and then apply foundation with a wet beauty blender or sponge.

I use lotion, then after that dries primer and concealer then my foundation and blush then a setting spray.. it NEVER did this before I was pregnant, and I'm using all the same stuff 😩@camdensmama

@thebroadwaybaby16, I prime. Only conceal red spots very very lightly. Then apply my foundation with a stippling brush and then blend it out with my beauty blender. Then I conceal under my eyes. Set loose powder. Then my setting spray. It maybe be your lotion. Since you're pregnant your skin may very well be over hydrated and so the lotion is caked on. Obviously you can't see it. But when you put the foundation on. It's visible. Try moisturizing a long time before you put the foundation on. Or not at all. Then prime. Is also may very well be the primer reacting funny with you skin change! Like if it's a primer with a silacone base. Try a lotion based one! Lol so many different things it may be!

I use a fantastic foundation brusg from Morphe, and it goes on super smooth and leaves a flawless finish. I use a Clarisonic every day, with a moisturizing face wash, and then use olive oil to moisturuze my tzone since its safe for pregnancy and effective, and then prime with a Smashbox primer, put on my foundation, and conceal and blend the concealer with a beauty blender. Looks flawless every time. Oh, I also go in with a chocolate (yes, real chocolate) based bronzer and use e.l.f. profressional finishing powder in translucent over the top of everything to set it. That last step makes your face look almost photoshopped. I love that stuff!

Also, if you cleanse and moisturize 20 mins in advance to applying your makeup, it will look a lot nicer.

I have the HD brand primer foundation and setting powder! love it... I think I need to look into a clarisonic.... thanks and yeah I've seen those chocolate based bronzers SO PRETTTTY! unfortunately I have extremely pale pale skin to where my skin is almost translucent at times and it's hard for me to find a good bronzer :/ but thanks (: @sarahemccormick
