I was induced with my first son so didn't have he fun experience of natural labor starting or progressing... I am continuing to lose more and more of my mucus plug yesterday and this morning and just feel down right terrible at this point.... Cramping/ possible contractions are preventing sleeping at this point... Not sure if this is the process starting or what's going on...

@avas_mommy, mines been coming out in pieces...

it was for me I didn't sleep for 2 days straight before I was actually in the hospital in labor. good luck try to sleep as much as you can I was exhausted by the time I was already there
