@hakim01, that's good! Advice that I found helpful was to breathe and do your best to stay relaxed during contractions. Before you know it your baby will be in your arms. I'm here wishing you the best. 😊

If that's the times between your contractions you need to go to the hospital (or wherever you are delivering) if you haven't already. Just breathe through each contraction one at a time.
