ladies im torn on what to do. im 39 weeks Monday ive been approved for a 12 week (mostly unpaid) leave from work that I can start anytime. dr is inducing me Thursday if she doesn't come by then. I feel like crap have a lot of cleaning to do before baby and both kids and hubby are really sick. do I start leave now or hold out until I have baby?

honestly if you feel like you can make it till you have her do keep working. if you don't then go ahead and take it. I would honestly wait till I had baby so that I had the 12 weeks to spend with them before I went back to work. but that is just what I would do.
