Holiday blues I hate this time of year makes me feel sad for some reason 😞

My Great-Grandma used to get sad when the weather got cold. She had to have phototherapy. She would lay under a heat lamp for awhile at the doctors.

You got to shake it girl!! But I know the feeling oh to well!
