well my weekly visit turned into me being admitted for 24 hours to be monitored because my blood pressure was a bit high and there were traces of protein in my urine. so now they will be collecting my urine for 24 hours (not fun at all, BTW.) so prayers that I can get out in 24 hours and enjoy some of my thanksgiving.....

if you're far enough along they will probably induce you. you have preeclampsia. I had it and they induced me at 36 weeks with my daughter. you might have a turkey day baby :)

@lexisma, my doctor said she prefers to not induce since I just turned 37 weeks. she said if I were 38 weeks or so she would induce. I have eaten since being admitted and my BP has dropped a good bit. this is the first time in my pregnancy I've had proteins in my urine. my blood work came back fine though.
