you can lose your mucous plug whenever, if your body isn't ready for labor it'll grow back

It could be your mucous plug! It sometimes grows back! And it also really doesn't have a relevance of when you go into labor it could be weeks still after you lose it. No worries mama

It could be your plug. I lost mine at 32 weeks and went into labor at 36.

your mucus plug falls out when you start to dilate or your cervix starts to *ripen* just make sure you tell your doctor. My sister lost hers at 30 weeks and had her baby at 33 weeks
