I have had bad diahrria after eating some country ham..... it's horrible today tmi I know

I mean it's not that sandwich meat it's self is bad just that it's a risk because there's a chance listeria could be on it. And listeria isn't usually detectable until after the baby's born so you probably wouldn't even know if you had passed it to your baby or not. Personally I still have a sub every now and then cause I can't resist lol but i don't eat it all the time cause I get worried and feel guilty

I eat any lunch meat that I feel like eating. I'm fine. my baby is fine

As long as you havent gotten sick you're fine!
