I really really hate when my husband makes fun of songs I really like. It pisses me off. I'm a really big music enthusiast, used to run concerts and events before I met him and I just hate when he makes fun of music I like, it's rude and disrespectful to me and the artist too... I've told him several times that it bothers me and he just says everything bothers me and I'm just being hormonal and then I get even more pissed off... so what if hormones make me a little more easily aggravated? I've always hated when he's done that and now it just builds up and I eventually explode.

My honey used to mock a band if listen to by singing with it all stupid. It really bugged me and now I barely ever listen to music around him, or at all for that matter. I used to listen to music constantly!!! I don't think he meant any harm he thought he was being silly, and k guess I didn't realize how much it bothered me until right now! I listen to his crappy music all the time, why shouldn't I listen to mine!

@bria.k, yeah my hubby does the same thing. One of my favorite songs is Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift and he always sings it so stupidly and with a gay tone of voice and it makes me want to punch him... he doesn't like the majority of any of my music and the stuff he does like he plays constantly and I eventually get bored of it and he never wants to listen to anything new I like. I listen to all his crap... he listens to like oldies music and Barry Manilow and Michael Buble, and even Sinatra. The only person I actually enjoy listening to that he likes is Josh Groban. Oh and he'll listen to 30 Seconds To Mars but only their oldest top songs and he won't listen to any bad similar to them because he thinks any other band like them sucks apparently... I just don't think he likes change 😩
