i have looked it up lol it regenerates to keep infection out if it's too early. but it doesn't literally all fall out at once and grow back. @mrsschutte1323

your mucous plug doesn't regrow. it comes out bit by bit. its what holds your water in. once the last bit comes out your water breaks its labor time. @mrsschutte1323 @xaviermom1221

Well you're mucous plug can come out at anytime in your pregnancy and regrow itself so technically you shouldn't count on that as a sign that labor is coming.... It could still be a while.
