i didn't expect mine to start coming out but I think the sex i had yesterday morning did it. I didn't expect it to make my stuff come out. cause it didn't the last few times. I had bad contractions afterwards. @ethansmommy12192015

i walk for about 2 hrs at least 3x a week but maybe its because i havent had sex in like almost 2 months lol..yupp that must be it haha😅@lyssa143marie

Im afraid to eat pineapple even though I love it. they say walking alot helps, sex, and seaman irritates the cervix which can help too. you just have to pull your legs up and let it drain. my mother in law did that and the next morning her water broke. I'm not an expert but it's things I've heard. @lyssa143marie

@ethansmommy12192015, I was afraid when I went to my appointment I was gonna be but between sex and walking I have contractions every night

yeah my plug started to come out yesterday around 4ish and between then and this morning at 1030 i was dilated that much when he checked me at my 35 week appointment.

give it time, you May start seeing your plug come out and then you'll be so close! :) @ethansmommy12192015

@ran24, I either have to put myself in labor or I will be induced in the next couple weeks due to previous pregnancy problems so I really wanna try something natural this time

@mrsschutte1323, thank you! @wendy_hammett I hated pineapple my whole life until I first got pregnant then I craved it all the time at the beginning but now I'm just ready to pop her out so it better not let me down now lol

i bought a pineapple today too 😂 lol not for inducing tho, i had a big craving for it out of nowhere

Soooo not to be a total downer but my dr told me that you need to eat like 7 whole pineapples to get the enzyme enough for it to work.... But good luck mama:)
