Any over night pad is pretty good

it's good to get a couple small packages of different ones to see what works best for you.

I liked the new infinity foam ones.

The ones the hosp have are awesome. See if you can sneak a bunch home from there like I did lol!

Vaginal or Csection? I had a Csection and bled less than a period so I used the always thin flex ones that come in a little box. But if it's vaginal you may bleed heavier

Basically any thick pad! The overnight Maxi pads are fantastic. Bulky, but I haven't soaked through one. I'm only spotting now, so I use panty liners.
