Taken it since I was 39 weeks and 4 days. I'm now 40+6 still 1cm dilated. Everyone may be different though.

I'm pretty sure you're suppose to take it for a couple weeks which I did not do, could be why it didn't do much for me.

You can take one by mouth and one vaginally. For a couple of weeks before your due date. I've been taking them since about 34 weeks I get my cervix checked next week so I will see I was already 1cm and 50%

I been doing them since about 34 weeks vaginally I don't do it every day like I'll do it one day skip a day do 2 days skip a day do a day skip a day do 2 days sorta like that... But make sure you wear a panty liner or pad bc it makes you leak a oily substance from them

@bumptastic2015, about 2 weeks or maybe 3 before his due date then 2 by mouth and at the way end like the week before I had him took 2 by mouth one with a hole in it up there lol
