I've beeen having real bad cramps and my stomach tightening all day to were I feel like throwing up is this normal or should I be worried I've tried eating I've tried a hot shower and I've tried laying down nothing is helping i want to cry😢

Thats how i was few weeks ago && now im on a diet! i felt like that this morning but quickly went to eat. Ate something simple not heavy && it went away, but idk what it could be with you. Or call your Ob && ask if its normal or you need to go in!
