If you are bleeding you are more than likely experiencing a period. Implantation bleeding is just a spot if anything usually.

If you taken a test it should be a very obvious positive result being late on your period like that....sorry I believe you are having a late period. Happened to me 2 months ago I ended up being 12 day late for my period. It was a bummer.
