Everyone is different but most women ovulate (around) cycle day 14... Cycle day one starts the day your period starts and your last cycle day ends the day before you start your period. And then once you start your period again it starts back to cycle day 1. For example...I have 29 days in my cycle some women have more or less than 29 days. Everyone is different. I started my last period on November 4th. Which makes November 4th day 1 of my cycle....I am expected to start my period the day after day 29 which is expected on December 3rd. On December 3rd is when my cycle will start over to day 1. On day 14 during that cycle is "around" the time most women ovulate that is your fertile window. So you try to "baby dance" most days around that day" here is an example of my calendar. I suggest you get one! Good luck sweetie!
