@kaylalee201, it's not a prescription. but def mention it to your doctor. you can go to any store. with a vitamin area and get them. I went to Walmart and got a big bottle it wasn't even five bucks. but it's helping good luck!

Precious !! My little one was born early at 32 weeks weighing 3lbs 7 oz we spent 45 days in the NICU but got to come home Sept 20th ! He's doing amazing he's thriving he's 9lbs 9oz !!

my doctor told me to take -Fenugreek 3pills every eight hours. for my milk supply for my preemie :) (is not what is on the bottle) not even a week old and I've gotten well over enough for a month
