Questions for ladies that have had high risk pregnancies: I'm type 1 diabetic and am very brittle so I am being induced at 39 weeks in order to be monitored closely and hooked up to IVs. What if I were to go into labor before my induction date? Would I go into the hospital as soon as contractions start and be there for several hours or would I wait a little while until they progress a bit and then go in?
