I need your advice. Is it safe to drink non-alcoholic beer during pregnancy? Thanksgiving is close and I'm thinking about having a bottle of this beer. Should I do that? 🤔

My midwife said 1 n/a beer here and there is ok. They only have .05% abv and metabolize at a quick rate. However, if the .05% does bother you, then i recommend looking for Bitburger Drive. It's a 0% beer, truly alcohol free and actually tastes like a real beer.

make sure it's a fully non alcholic one. some actually do contain alcohol. check the label (:

Do it. It tastes the same without the alcohol. It should quench you're craving perfectly fine.
how bad would it be if I drank a beer at 3 weeks and 5 days?
I've heard people say think drinking a beer a day can help breast milk production. Will either of these work? That's about the only beer I will drink. What beer would you suggest?
