Sitz bath and tucks cooling pads, they are medicated pads with witch hazel and aloe. But the sitz bath helped me so much! Lots of fiber so it won't be as painful.

They are the best! I used them for my stitches to heal when I gave birth, they work perfectly!!

Sit in the tub for about 15 minutes with warm water and Epsom salt. Do it about 3 times a day
