You can find them at Walgreen's at cvs, they are medicated cooling pads for hemroids, you should try them.

Sit in the tub for about 15 minutes with warm water and Epsom salt. Do it about 3 times a day

Sitz bath and tucks cooling pads, they are medicated pads with witch hazel and aloe. But the sitz bath helped me so much! Lots of fiber so it won't be as painful.
