What is a typical sleeping routine for an almost one month old..My baby doesn't sleep at all. I know that sleepless nights and days are warranted with a newborn but my boy doesn't sleep for more than 20mins once in a day and at night one stretch of 2.5-3 hours if lucky. After that it's waking up after every hour :( When can I expect it to get better? Any tips..Shouldn't babies be sleeping for 15-16 hours?!

does he eat in a full session or just eats a bit and falls asleep? this is what my LO was doing until we started feeding him naked..it keeps him awake and he will eat for a longer period of time until he's full

I'm feeding breastmilk. I was having supply issues in the early days and he was losing weight so I started pumping which has helped..he has been having that ever since.

babies wake up every 2-3 hours but 20 minutes, not good. are you feeding him formula or breastmilk
