any one take the breastfeeding class at the WIC office? how long is it?

its not long you watch a video and have a group discussion and ask questions that you may have they teach you

I took it, it was awesome for me. It was an hour and a half ling, and my instructor was fantastic. I hear some women only watch videos or see slides, but I had an actual instructor.

What is WIC? I should of asked this a while ago.. What does it stand for?

I had an actual instructor aswell, didn't watch any videos. my SO even came with me! Lol

it only lasted about 45 mins, long enough for them to reload my card. & it was super informative, made me feel at ease about breastfeeding :)
