Feel drained, got a sore throat, feel like I'm coming up with the flu/cold. Sometimes I get hot and flustered. All I want to do is sleep.

Grate some fresh ginger into some boiling water, sqeeze half a lemon and add some sugar :) Leave it to sit and cool for a bit xD Then strain it out (to get rid of ginger bits and pips) Really does work! x
