35 weeks and I'm up with really bad back pain to where I'm limping to walk its on my right side of my lower back I took a pain pill prescribed by the doctor and it didn't help!!! 😢 what to do?? is this normal
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

are you sure its not a uti or bladder infection? try putting a heating pad on your back or take a warm bath in some Epson salt
