have you tried a nipple shield?, that worked for me

don't give up! I don't have a baby yet, so I don't know from experience but I know that if you keep trying it will be worth it, have you tried a lactation nurse? they may be able to give you some pointers, I hope everything works out for you! I plan to breastfeed and I'm nervous as hell

keep drinking water and ask for nipple cream. i know its hard and the pain is unbearable but try different positions and make sure the baby is as close to you as possible when nursing to get a good latch

run your milk on them

Try coconut oil on your nips. It WILL get better. I used to cry each time my daughter latched for a couple of weeks. We found out she was tongue and lip tied and couldn't get a good latch even though she was getting plenty to eat. But I wouldn't have known that had I not seen 2 different lactation consultants. Don't give up and ask for help. It's so much easier than bottle feeding once you've gotten the hang, and better for baby by far!
