This may sound like a super dumb question. But do I go by 4weeks or by the 25th for my baby to be a month old lol.

Okay so on the 25 (in 3days) she will be a month old since she was born October 25th @cookiemonster1216

Date of birth. For example my dd was born June 26, so next week she'll be 17mo. Because just like in pregnancy, each month isn't exactly four weeks.

I don't think so. I think it's same date as he was born each month

That's why I didn't ask lol. Because yesterday was 4 weeks since she was born, but the 24 is her birthday.
