How do contractions feel like for sure? Cause I'm getting mixed pains. I'm so confused!

you'll feel them in vagina and back it will feel like a mestrual cramp but on steroids lol but all over and a tightening sensation

it feels like horrible horrible menstrual cramps with tightness and they don't go away period they keep coming
