What else can I use to get rid of a diaper rash ??? ... the diaper rash cream hasn't been working smh

Naked time!!! My first born spent a lot of time naked. We had luck with Walmart brand diaper cream. You can try using baby powder to keep his butt dry (although for some babies that can cause more irritation). A&d is good too. One more thing you can try is vasoline; that should keep moisture away from the sore spots (won't make them better, but it should prevent them from getting worse). You'll need vasoline for the circumcision anyway so you can give that a try.

a&d work really well. aquaphor works pretty good for us too. I just prefer a&d

Desitin!! I think ima use that to see if it helps, because using desitin it's only getting irritated smh. @veunica

What kind of diaper rash cream do u have? My mom used a&d ointment when the triplets was younger and it worked great so used on on my nieces and nephew also
