Naked time!!! My first born spent a lot of time naked. We had luck with Walmart brand diaper cream. You can try using baby powder to keep his butt dry (although for some babies that can cause more irritation). A&d is good too. One more thing you can try is vasoline; that should keep moisture away from the sore spots (won't make them better, but it should prevent them from getting worse). You'll need vasoline for the circumcision anyway so you can give that a try.

What kind of diaper rash cream do u have? My mom used a&d ointment when the triplets was younger and it worked great so used on on my nieces and nephew also
