I get this sharp pain in my lower back not in the middle of my lower back but like normally the right side of my lower back. When I get up from laying or sitting even sometimes bending it's so sharp that I need help getting up. What is this? Like what part of bone or muscle or whatever is it?

I'm not sure so I can't really help but what you described I've had for weeks and is so annoying and miserable!!!

I have no clue what it is. I literally can't move and if no one is around to help me I gotta get up in the process of all that pain. It happens more when I'm laying down and more so at night time, so weird. Lol
