When did you ladies start dilating? Could you feel it at all?

I didn't dilate until I was in active labor. Went from completely closed to 4cm within an hour and a half.

People like @kmally give me hope! I have been 1cm since 29 weeks and my due date is Monday! I need her out!

I have had so many complications lately I just want him out but still have 5 weeks to go & I haven't been checked to see if I'm dilated at all yet. Ahh I hope she comes out soon!!!! @nicole_jude

@nicole_jude, it's actually super common to not dilate until active labor! So don't be discouraged :)

My doctor won't start checking me till I'm 37 weeks. On one hand that's ok with me but on the other I wish I knew if I was yet.
