NYX makes great quality liquid and gel liner for the same price as other drugstore brands. I honestly love everything NYX makes because it's all AMAZING quality and it's all cruelty-free!

@brinuh, yes! I use the brush.

For drugstore makeup; Maybelline for gel liner, comes with a good brush, just needs to be gently cleaned very frequently. And for liquid liner, Milani infinite liquid liner, it doesn't smudge or run but you need extra strength makeup remover to get it off :/

Ladies have any suggestions for liquid eyeliner?

Depends on the budget, WetnWild is like 3-5ish and it's probably the best for around that price. For a higher budget Mac Fluidline is my personal favorite but it's more around $15.
