I shaved for the first time today in like forever, probably over a month , as soon as I got out the shower I noticed white spots on my legs and have it on the bottom of my feet :( what is this

I've been told its oxygen moving slowly through the body cause circulation is slower.. but I don't know I get them a lot cause I have eczema on my legs.
They say it's common to be splotchy during pregnancy because of change in circulation.
