There's one Medela that's been recalled. Can't remember the name.

Yeah the upgrade comes with the cooler and ice pack and backpack and more bottles I think. I paid $90 for it. To me it was worth it. The starter set was free and has all you need to pump but I wanted the additional items.

it says that they could charge you extra. Is that only if you want the upgrade?@alyen2

I have the Medela pump in style advanced with the backpack and I love it.
