So I am 37 wks and I would like to know how you induced labor naturally. What worked and didn't work for you? I'm attempting a VBAC and really trying to avoid a repeat c-section. (They want to schedule a c-section after my due date of Dec 10th) Any natural/holistic method to get the cervix to dilate? He's head down, I've had some mild contractions here and there and braxton hicks. (TMI) This morning I wiped and there was mucus, but it was not tinged with blood or anything. Plus I'm being monitored for hypertension but my bp has been stable and really good.
Castor oil makes you poop a lot and can be dangerous so be careful there. Try getting a yoga ball and bouncing. Red raspberry leaf tea for your uterus it'll help make labor easier and nipple stimulation. Also bowling and sex put me in labor lol
@her_plus_her_and_me, I've been doing plenty of walking. I think sex weirds my husband out but willing to try it. My Obgyn suggested castor oil when I'm 39 weeks. Nipple stimulation as well. She said try everything lol. Thanks for your input.
Dr said that the only thing that tried and true works is walking and sex
Can anyone post pics of recent c section scars? I'm really scared and curious. Preferably if you are diabetic or were during the pregnancy. I'm scared but I need to see.. google images is all over the place .
Any 1st time moms who had a c-section? My due date is Wednesday. At my Dr appt today, my Dr said I'm not dilated at all. My baby has been measuring big all along, and my Dr now estimates he is about 9.5lbs and doesn't think I can deliver him naturally... so she scheduled me for a c-section on Thursday. This is my 1st baby, and I really don't know how to feel about it all.

Meet my son ladies! He was born yesterday at 5:06pm weighing in at 6 pounds 2ounces 😍😍😍 I had an emergency c section with bad preeclampsia! I just want to think all my friends that sent me prayers and positive messages & comments! I'm completely in love with my bundle of heaven! I love you my Erik Ray 👶🏼💙 born July 22nd!
I’m scheduled for a c section Thursday and I’m a bit nervous.
Have any of you had a c section? If so what was your experience?
