I use Maybelline baby lips it's terrific. .

use a lip scrub at night right before bed, like scrub super hard. then right before you fall asleep putt a thick coat of aquafor on. it'll completely heal your lips in a couple days. carmex is really only good for preventing chapped lips. but I do this every night before bed and works like a charm. WAY better then chapstic and all the other crap that is supposed to help but doesnt
