tylenol pm. my doctor said it was fine to take when im hurting at night and cant sleep

they told me to take benadryl for nausea and vomiting.

I use unisom, it's non habit forming... I had a problem with prescription sleeping pills for a while in high school so I refuse to take anything stronger. unisom is safe for pregnancy when benadryl doesn't work

yup I take Benadryl and half the time I can't sleep no matter what I do.

When I was pregnant I could never sleep, my doctor recommended Benadryl!
