Ladies I quit my job cause the Supervisor couldn't make my schedule by my buses schedule. Is it discrimination that some people work in the morning as they prefer and i had to work in the evening till 7 p.m. being pregnant?should i talk to lawyer ?

Unfortunately, no :( many employers don't make special accommodations like that, as the time of day that you work really doesn't affect your pregnancy. If it was something where they weren't willing to give you less hours because you physically cannot do it being pregnant (high risk pregnancy possibly), or if they were not willing to modify work duties to accommodate a pregnant woman, then you might have been able to do something about it, although probably not much. Since you voluntarily quit, you'd have a very hard time getting any sort of discrimination case going against them. Hope that helps!

Its not discrimination at all

the only way you can say a job is discriminating you when you are pregnant is when they fire you for no reason...other than that schedule wise its really not

They aren't required to work around a bus schedule and the set shift people probably secured that shift before they started.

idk since you quit, but if they fired you that is definitely discrimination. but you being pregnant they should understand your circumstances
