Desitin maximum strength. If you have any nystatin (you have to have an RX for it) you can mix a little in the paste along with some baby powder. Make sure it is desitin maximum strength. It has 40% zinc oxide. All the others don't normally have that much and to me don't work as well because of it.

When my daughter has actually had a rash the desitin has worked wonders.

coconut oil and aquafor. just be careful using breastmilk in case it's a yeast infection it'll make it worse
