So I've noticed that even though I was pumping and giving breast milk in a bottle now that I've gotten my son to latch to the breast today he sleeps much harder and for longer. It's kinda neat how much of a difference the titty makes... I wonder what other benefits there are with feeding from the breast, not just breast milk.

Not saying I don't breast feed but I mainly do it on demand pretty much when I feel my milk filling back up.... ok?
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I am wanting to mix formula & breast milk since I'm not making much milk. What formula do you ladies suggest?
I am trying not to get discouraged but my milk stil havent came n yet I was seeing a very small amount in one breast now I'm not seeing anything at all I'm taking the fenugreek capsules and mothers milk tea and I've been pumping as much as I can...I started taking both of them Saturday and still no huge sign of my milk coming back🤦🏾 ♀ 🤦🏾 ♀ 😔😔😔
