You cant see anything until about 5 weeks most doctors don't even do ultrasounds or guess due dates because its early and they dont want to waste their time and see nothing also because of miscarriages they just confirm your pregnancy some doctors might make a prediction of how far along you are if you know your last menstrual and ovulation day they might guess by looking at your hcg levels but thats really rare

yes that's what the ultrasound was for, I got the ultrasound the same day.and idk about one week at one week the egg isn't even implanted. I found out when I was 8 weeks. but usually as early between 2 and 4 weeks you'll know @shardeja

when I got a blood test at the hospital ,they just told me i was pregnant, then I got an ultrasound
