it has to be .24 miles or less you can rate food and all not just places

@mistydawnjg, @shelbylee @leiibaaaby @leepster123 its not worth it I just tried it out and you can only rate 1 place every 10 minutes and each time you rate you make 7 points. . getting to 3000 is going to take a while
